Hi David,
thanks for your tips and explanations!
I followed your advise and found that - exactly as you suspected - the
missing features are actually there but just not categorized. Sorry for
not checking this in the first place. I filed bug 312169.

Yes, my first thought was that maybe the helios repo was updated on
another schedule as the staging.
