Ok, thanks, glad I asked. And I
assume
this means you do not use our p2 maps, that is probably a PDE build
thing
which doesn't help you? Such as

Buckminster can use PDE style maps too but the p2 repository is much
more efficient so that's what all Buckminster driven builds are setup
to use. The p2 repositories have been available for quite some time now.
Since you sound willing,
and if there's
no other complications, we'll switch officially for our RC1 deliverable
for Helios (due next Friday, 5/7).
If you want to pick up builds before
then, I suggest you follow bug 310766
I'm afraid it's not entirely up to me. You will need to ask all
projects that use Buckminster to drive their builds. I can vouch for
b3, buckminster, and mpc but other then that, I think you must get
approval from the respective build masters.
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=310766
And we'll update it once "in a
build". And we can declare an I-build early next week, so be sure
there's time for you to adjust
before the real thing becomes an S
build.
Hope that sounds right for what you
need. If not, let us know.
As far as I'm concerned, it's OK.

Thomas Hallgren
Thanks,

We in Orbit are considering (will, unless there's quick complaints) to
change the URL of our p2 repositories produced with our builds. From
ending with "updateSite" to "repository". I'm
99% sure this won't
effect anyone, since I'd think anyone who currently uses it, uses our
"p2 maps" generated during a build;
All Buckminster builds use the p2 repositories and
will
need to update their rmaps. Its simple enough to do that, but the
effort
must be coordinated somehow.
