It's unclogging now. Bugzilla's asynchronous mail feature got hung up.

While I personally am enjoying the silence, this might be causing some
problems. I thought I would just bring this to the attention of the
broader eclipse community in case you were waiting for particular
notifications.
Also, I assume this affects everyone. If you *have* received bug mail,
maybe update bug 302020 to help the webmasters track this. (don't
everyone do this :-))
