Thanks, David and Nathan, the EPP packages are now online and available for both releases, the Galileo SR2 RC2 and Helios M5, from the usual places

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/. Two releases on a single day means a lot of stress for the infrastructure, the network, etc. and for all the people involved.

I have promoted "/releases/staging"
to the built-in "/releases/helios" so anyone with a previous
version of Helios installed should "see" the updates for M5.

"packages" download page is still being work, but will be available
soon, I think.
