There is currently no modeling package - the 'old' one did contain some dependencies that are not available. If you look at the last lines of one of the log files (e.g. http://build.eclipse.org/technology/epp/epp_build/36/download/20091217-0436/epp.package.modeling_win32.win32.x86.log) you see that it is the ecoretools feature that caused this problem:

!MESSAGE Missing requirement: EPP Modeling Feature 1.3.0.20091215-0854 (org.eclipse.epp.package.modeling.feature.feature.group 1.3.0.20091215-0854) requires 'org.eclipse.emf.ecoretools.sdk.feature.group 0.0.0' but it could not be found

If it is resolved in the next milestone M5, the modeling package will be there again.

I can't find a Modeling EPP on http://eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/helios/m4 . Is that intentional?
