The EPP packages based on this repository build are ready (except the modeling package but that is somehow expected) but not yet tested.

Ok, let's say we are done with the staging phase.
GMF and STP did get back in the build and have been promoted to 'staging'.
Please test staging, a little, to make sure there are no blocking ("stop
ship") problems. Remember, it is not mirrored, so do not publish,
do not use for normal installs ... just surface testing.
There is a build running now, but I'm 99.99% sure
it will fail, based on my local runs, the build file has remained unchanged
since M2, and I've heard no word from that project. (emft-ecoretools).
So I'm assuming they've dropped out or merged. See bug 297654

But, in the unlikely event this build succeeds, I'll
back peddle in the morning. Well, later in the morning. :)
Next steps: Thursday EPP packages are made and sanity
checked.
Thursday
evening-ish I'll produce the monotonic, incrementally staged composite
release repo, and then on Friday, 9 ish, or noon ish, once I see a number
of mirrors, I'll "flip the bit" so the composite content file
points to them all (instead of only the existing previous two milestones).
Whew, wears me out just typing it all out! :)
