Someone released the SR1 release metadata
a day early, so everyone is getting notified an upgrade is available but
the artifacts aren't available yet. In the future we must only release
the metadata once the artifacts are available. We'll enter a bug in cross-project
to sort this out and make sure we've got it straight in the future.
