EclipseLink is not planning on adopting a new build system (Though I
think we will need to adopt the use of new tools for repository
generation). I have updated the integration point for Helios in the
buildfile, and we should be able to add new content next week.

In case its not obvious (and, I'm sure it is not) the first three
milestones have a two week "window" for projects to get into the build ...
so we have until end of next week.
So, next week is when I'll start to (try) and remove projects that aren't
building ... just to allow those that can build to build to completion. At
that time, there may be complications with dependancies -- if someone
depends on you they'll have to be removed also -- but, we'll do what we
can, and add projects back in when they are ready.
