[cross-project-issues-dev] New calendar for Galileo and Helios Dates

In the past, we had a "galileo" calendar, but at the last Planning Council 
meeting decided to move to just one calendar for all "Planning Council 
dates" ... including the specific +1, +2 type dates, in addition to our 
meetings, etc. This was primarily since this year there will be overlap 
between Galileo and Helios dates. 

I've update the embedded calendar in

Please note we are into our first week of Galileo SR1, so please update 
your build files, or, as usual, keep us all informed here if you are 
unable to meet your dates. 

Also, note, that the staging area for our Galileo Maintenance repositories 
is 
 /releases/maintenance
so we can use 
 /releases/staging 
for the Helios Builds.
