[cross-project-issues-dev] Let's start building Galileo SR1

Today the Planning Council finalized the rampdown plans for Galileo SR1.

It is a little different from previous years in that we'll have one 
"warmup" RC this month (August) just to make sure we can all still deliver 
builds and produce our simultaneous deliverables. Final contents are not 
expected for that RC. 

But for the remaining RCs, each project should strive to make each of the 
RCs a true Release Candidate -- ideally, many teams will not need to 
change anything in the final few RCs, and we'll be much more stable for 
our adopters and users ... and my stress level will be much reduced :) 

Currently the aggregation builds are failing due to emf-teneo.build  ... 
so, please get that fixed this week, so as other teams start to deliver 
changes next week, you won't be holding them up. 

As usual, don't be shy to ask questions, raise issues, etc.
