There shouldn’t be any delay in this data
showing up. The only possible delay that could happen would be the master to
slave DB replication. So if our DB’s are getting hammered then there could be a
delay.
I sent out a notice to this very list back
in May asking for this data to be filled out by the projects but it still seems
like some missed the boat. We should really have this added to the Release
Train documentation for the projects.

I don't know - I am not
the one who did the programming of the page, it only happens that I know from Wayne that this page is
generated from data that is taken out of the Foundation Database.
But I am sure that someone from the Foundation will answer these questions when
they wake up after a day of Galileo celebrations. ;-)

One of the reasons might be that you didn't update your project
metadata in the Eclipse Foundation portal (portal.eclipse.org <http://portal.eclipse.org>). As far as I know the PHP page
below uses the Foundation Database as input - see screenshot.
