Thanks for opening the bug [1] against the inappropriate control for 
specifying the noteworthurl. I'll try and get this fixed today.

The /galileo/projects.php page is generated from the database, so we 
should be able to update it to include a link to the new and noteworthy 
value if it's provided. I'll look into this. We can provide this data in 
other forms. Open a bug describing how you want it provided.

On that note, I noticed yesterday that many projects have not indicated 
their participation in the release train in their project metadata. I 
encourage you to do so.
