[cross-project-issues-dev] Missing stuff for the Galileo Release Review

Hey folks. I've been going through the docuware and ip logs for Galileo 
and have noticed a few things missing. In the transition of this 
responsibility from Anne to myself, some things may have gotten lost in 
the ether. If you have already sent this information to emo I apologize 
for losing track of it and ask you to resend. If you haven't sent it 
yet, now would be a good time.

I really hate to get all bureaucratic, but this is important. If you 
don't meet the IP Log and docuware requirements, you will not be 
permitted to release. This would be very unfortunate. It would also make 
me cranky because I hate getting all bureaucratic.

FWIW, I am a huge fan of concise docuware.
