The process it to open a bug in cross-project component, to give
opportunity for
documented discussion, etc., and then if no concerns expressed, I'll
change
in 'galileo.build' file (which will then 'ripple through' the other
effected
build files.

Hi,
the RAP project would like to put its "RAP Tooling" offering in a
different category [1]. It is currently filed under "Tools and Goodies".
As the feature provides tooling the the Rich Ajax Platform we find
it more suitable use the "Web, XML and Java EE Development" category.
Note, that apart from that, we are working to provide the RAP
runtime under the "EclipseRT" category. But this is a separate thing.
Is there any process to follow when doing so? What needs to be
changed to do this? I assume the rap.build file somehow, but how and
what else.
