Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Galileo release review for new projects

It looks like we still have one month, and that the review slides are the same as for a "normal" release.

Hi Mickael, Release Reviews in general are described in http://www.eclipse.org/projects/dev_process/development_process.php#6_3_3_Release_Review

You can get a whole wad of examples from last year in this zip file: http://www.eclipse.org/project-slides/Ganymede_04June2008.zip

The date will likely be the first few weeks of June ... and the EMO will set that for us (within a few weeks, I suspect). The EMO sometimes have special requests (e.g. to send in or check 'about.html' files separately ... and I sure hope they don't do that again! :) but I'm sure they will have more to say on this issue and this years process specifically. Hope this helps in the mean time.

[cross-project-issues-dev] Galileo release review for new projects

Hi all,

JWT project is glad to be (successfully until then) part of its first release train, but since we are newbies of Simultaneous Release, we were wondering how things happen for release review. We will release JWT 0.6 in this release train, and would like to know if we have to prepare some review slides, for when, if we have to put specific contents linked to Galileo, how long should it be...?

Any advice or pointers that could be helpful for us are warmly welcome!

Regards,
Mickael
