[cross-project-issues-dev] Restart the build server
I need to restart build.eclipse.org to apply security fixes and a new kernel.  I was thinking 4:00pm ET (in 2h20m) would be a good time.

Unless anyone objects violently, that's what I will do.  The reboot process should take about 5 to 10 minutes.
