The "pack" job is complete,
so the staging area should now be an accurate version of what will be released
this week. 

I have suspended all the autobuilds.
(Just to help avoid confusion). 

But note: we all need to make sure our
SC files and project update sites stay accurate and in-sync, so that we
can, at any moment, rebuild everything. 
This should mean (only) to leave your
jars where they are, or if you have some final "release" site,
you may want to update the URL at the top of the SC file -- that is, this
does not include chancing feature version numbers :) 

Re-builds might be needed for several
reasons, but next week I will restart the auto-builds and put them on some
weekly schedule just to make sure everything stays buildable. 

I'm not sure when maintenance builds
will start, but please wait to release changes to your SC files for fall
maintenance until directed to do so.
