You're not the only one who noticed! The newsgroups are unresponsive too and when I don't have access to my newsgroups along with my morning coffee I start to get the jitters!!

...seems to be "DEAD" again since about an hour.

BTW: The last EPP build has been started 2.10am server time and finished 
without problems.
