I've entertained the idea in the past, but I don't have the budget for that.

FWIW, our monitoring systems do call us on our cell phones when critical 
services are out.  However, the build server is not a critical server, 
it's a fix-me-the-next-day server, so our monitors only warned of via 
email. 

Furthermore, Eclipse Foundation Strategic Developer members can request 
a document that describes the process to follow to have something fixed 
off-hours.  So far, only IBM and Wind River have inquired about the 
document.
