GMF did report we were having trouble  with signing, and therefore would be impacting UML2 Tools.  Nevertheless, we have an M7 posted, though it seems there are some issues, as not all our signed plug-ins install as such: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=231417

I have added our M7 link to the wiki.

I would assume so, since they have not marked the signoff for M7, nor have they communicated that they are having trouble and need a little extra time.
So, unless I hear otherwise, we'll go ahead and declare M7 on Monday as planned, then remove these projects from the scripts.
