As you can see, I have blame mail working
again. But, I'm not sure what caused these failures, exactly (I don't think
anyone changed their SC files for a while). 
But, I did remove a bunch of cached
plugins/features (that I think should not be cached so much, especially
on build.eclipse.org, where getting them is not too time consuming). 

So, I'm thinking that version of the
common_logger could have been there in the cache and now is no longer there?
... but, not sure. Hopefully Thomas will see the nag note soon and diagnose
it.
