The problems encountered when creating the Ganymede
update site may be annoying, but are they useful?  How many of the
problems are real problems that would have to be discovered and fixed anyway?
 Is creating the update site a good way of finding such problems?

(I have no idea what the answers are to those questions.
 I just want to bring up another possible use for the update site.)
