ECF and TPTP changed files. Buckminster also did, but only because
they didn't have the older files on their update site anymore. I will
let the ECF and TPTP project teams list the bugs that were fixed (i.e.,
I don't know).
As you can see, only the qualifiers changed on these files: the third
part version numbers stayed the same.
Markus - no, I don't think any packages require rebuilding as none of
ECF, TPTP, and Buckminster are included in any of the Europa packages
(at least as far as I know).
