Afternoon Developers and Mailing List Lurkers,

 

For the past few weeks I’ve been working on building a site to host the packages put out by the Eclipse Packaging Project. I’ve put in some automatic updating code so that the site simply parses some files located on download.eclipse.org and updates the information on the site.  No maintenance required!  

 

I’d greatly appreciate if some of you wouldn’t mind firing up the site tonight, or on the weekend and taking a run through it.   You can find it here >> http://phoenix.eclipse.org/packages/

 

It’s obviously in a beta stage of its development and there are more things I’d like to add but before I get ahead of myself I’d love to hear your feedback / comments / suggestions on the site. All of which can be left here >> https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=224729
