Is it correct that some Ganymede projects (such as BIRT) are NOT included in the Ganymede packages? instead a link to Ganymede update manager site is included in those packages? If that is the case, only a subset of Ganymede projects needs to be completed M5 before 2/18?

However, the deadline for preloading bits on the EclipseCon USB memory stick is Feb 18th and the memory stick this year is large enough to contain all the presentations and all the Ganymede packages.
