[cross-project-issues-dev] Ganymede M4: 3 questions

Hey, everyone, hope you had a good holiday.
I have a few items for consideration regarding Ganymede. I'll try to be brief...
1) Staging Site
Last year, Europa's staging update site was rolled to production on the milestone and RC dates. So far this hasn't happened, prompting a lot of confusion and angst from early adopters [1] wondering why
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/ganymede/ is 404'd and therefore why their Update Manager doesn't work (yet).
Is the intent to repeat that process this year, perhaps starting with the completed M4 site this Friday [2] ?
2) Signoffs
Not all the +1 and +2 projects have placed their mark on the signoffs page [3], but luckily all the projects on which others depend (I think?) have done so. If you know there are other projects that consume your bits, please ensure that you've posted your info so your downstream +2 and +3 projects can react accordingly. (I know I'm jumping the gun a little here, since it's hardly the end of the work day around the planet.)
3) Outstanding Bugs
I've updated the links on the Ganymatic page [4] so that all the Ganymatic and Cross-Project bugs are listed together. If you have time to look at any of these items, please do.
