Ok, if we're not talking about policy,
I'm all for this one time fix. 
But suggest in the future that it be
clearer on what's being fixed, if retesting is expected, etc.

My interpretation is that we are not voting on 'continuous  
maintenance' (which would get -1
from me too), but a 'one time only' update.
