A quick check on the mirror side reveals we're in
good shape.  Most 
mirrors have everything, while some are still in the process of RSYNCing
from us.  The "bad" mirrors are those that are reporting
up-to-date 
status but there is a 404 Not Found when accessing the file.


For the SDK:
69 mirrors report up-to-date, 16 bad mirrors.

For EPP packages:
43 mirrors report up-to-date, 4 bad mirrors.

For the Europa update site:
47 mirrors report up-to-date, 1 bad mirrors.

The download files are being copied to download.eclipse.org now, so they
will be available for download in mere minutes.

Congratulations to everyone for this tremendous effort. Props to Bjorn
for bringing this together!
