if that's okay with you, I would like to change the date portion of the URL to
20070628.
That means that the directory part of the URL would look like
'.../technology/epp/downloads/release/20070628/...'. The package names are
unchanged.
What would happen, if someone outside already started the rsync, got the 'old'
version, and starts delivering this old version from tomorrow on? That's my
reason to use another URL.
