I don't think 1.0.0 versus 0.1.0 has anything to do with it - I think what's happening is that you guys are doing a new Buckminster build, thus changing your update site to a new four-digit version number (0.1.0.xxxxx) but you are probably forgetting to update the Europa features-buckminster.xml file with that new version number. Thus the David-o-matic (1) reads the features-buckminster.xml file, finds the old version number and (2) looks in your update site for the old version. The (3) old version is no longer there because now the new build is there, so the Buckminster portion of the Europa build fails. Anyway, I think this is what's happening.
