Hubert, To answer your questions: (1) eclipse.org-planning-council is pseudo-public: the archives are public but it's not listed on the mailing lists page. (1a) All the Europa project leads and/or release engineers should be subscribed to the eclipse.org-planning-council mailing list. If you're not, I can add you, just let me know. (2) You can find the results of the staging builds via the Europa web page ---thence to--> the Europa wiki page ---thence to--> the Europa build wiki page ---which has links to--> the build results, the staging site, etc. (2a) Or you could bookmark it :-) (3) We decided (I decided and nobody objected?) to use mailing lists as described on the wiki so rather than sending the same message to two lists we just send any given message to a single list.
