RE: [cross-project-issues-dev] launching workspaces on the latest integration builds

Done, since I'm still noticing this with eclipse-SDK-I20070205-1300-win32:

  172975: if target platform has an existing configuration two workbenches
will launch
  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=172975

The work-around for me was to delete the "configuration" directory of the
Target Platform.
