The MDT project has two pieces missing for Europa M4. MDT consists of
5 components: UML2 (ready), OCL (ready) XSD (still part of EMF, but
available as part of EMF's features-emf.xml), EODM (build delayed),
UML2 Tools (new project, so build is still under construction).

Not sure why EODM is delayed - hopefully it's just an oversight. UML2
Tools is a much more complex build (involving 9 upstream
dependencies), and as such is not quite ready for prime time.

I hope to have good builds for these last two projects available
within the next few days. Can the train leave the station if it's
missing a couple cars? (These two components have no downstream
dependencies.)
