The package
org.eclipse.cosmos.examples.e2e.dc.birt.helper
seems to have either not been built or has
been deleted from COSMOSReportViewer\WEB-INF\lib
and so the BIRT reports do not work with
this build.

please perform the Junit testing on this driver.
