[cosmos-dev] COSMOS i9 build would be done on IBM internal server

Hi,

There was a bug opened for i9 to move
the builds to eclipse server (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=206374),
which now would be completed in i10 as the JDKs used to build on Eclipse
server and IBM server are different and this move can destabilize the build
right before we build the iteration driver.   While theoretically
changing the JDK that we build with shouldn't be a problem but with this
move at this time we might spent more time in debugging the build issues
rather than focussing on testing iteration driver.
