[corrosion-dev] Graduation 1.0 release?

Hi all,

I think it's time for Corrosion to graduate to 1.0 in order to emphasize some maturity.

I'm thinking we could do that for the upcoming release, which is scheduled on 2020-09-16. Technically, it's mostly a matter of changing bundle versions to 1.0, and checking we don't export packages without an x-internal or x-friends notice.

Is there any concern/objection?
