Bugz item 173627 Project Web Services Fail to Deploy has been fixed.

 

Fix has been committed to main (HEAD) as well as EclipseCon2007 branch.

 

The issue was caused by the default ctor of the ProjectContainerManager web service was referencing its bundle's Activator before it was started.  Thus causing a NPE.

 

The web service extension point will now check if the bundle providing the web service extension is "Active", if it is not, the bundle will be started.
