If you sync with CVS, current version already shows user activity based 
on open/close events. But still fallowing assumptions are taken:
- When the page is opened, all users are inactive. They become active 
when an open event arrives. I do not have the source of user activity on 
startup.
- If an open/close event arrives with an user who is not mentioned in 
the repository, he is not added to the list.

Note also that currently open / close events are not sent. They should 
be posted by PC-Manager. For my test I've generated those events where a 
workbench project was opened/closed.
