[corona-dev] Team Repository Adapter

The project name is org.eclipse.corona.repository.adapter.team (as is the package) NOT org.eclipse.corona.server.team.repository   I didn’t put the repository adapter in the same bundle since as an example a 3^rd party repository won’t be in the same bundle as its adapter.

Sorry for the confusion.
