When you synchronized with CVS did it delete your local copies of these
files?  

I think the rule in CVS is once in always in, because if someone wants
to build the older code in CVS those files would be required.  So, they
won't be deleted in CVS but they should be removed by the
synchronization process from your local system.

It seems that Repositories and Repository in 
org.eclipse.corona.model.container are no longer in use, but they are 
still in the CVS. Can I safely remove it?
