To all committers:
I would like to remind all committers of their role and responsibilities.
We are the stewards of the source code for our OSS project. Whether the source code
was written by you, or donated by a contributor, you are responsible to ensure
the integrity of the source code. This especially is important with the
legal aspects of IP and copyrights. Source code should not be committed
into CVS until all IP issues have been resolved and each file contains the
appropriate file header comments that include copyright notices.
Please take some time to re-familiarize yourself with
Eclipse’s committer guidelines: http://www.eclipse.org/legal/committerguidelines.php.
If you have any questions, please post a reply to this
thread.
Thanks,
-Dennis
