[corev-dev] Committer Election for Yun-Jie Tai on OpenHW CORE-V Cores has started

A Committer election for Yun-Jie Tai on project OpenHW CORE-V Cores
(openhw.corev) was started by Mike Thompson with this criteria:

It is my pleasure to nominate Georgia Tai (ytai@xxxxxxxxx) as a committer for
Eclipse's OpenHW CORE-V Project.

Georgia has been part of the CORE-V Wally team for three years, with focus on
development of the riscv-arch-test vector test suite.
She is now the lead micro-architect of the CORE-V Wally vector implementation
(see https://github.com/openhwfoundation/cvw/pull/1908), working on
collaboration with Dr. Rose Thompson, Dr. David Harris and a team at Harvey
Mudd College.

Georgia developed a Gem5 model for Wally and a Wally vector extension. She
has reviewed multiple PRs related to the vector extension, including
https://github.com/openhwfoundation/cvw/pull/1913.
