Meeting summary:

 

Voting

 

• Simple majority of committers
• Not committers votes are allowed, but not counted
• Ballots duration is 1 week minimum (can be longer, depending on the topic)
• End date must be specified
• Ballot can be terminated earlier when majority of committers are voted
• Voting is initiated and finished by a project lead

• Voting results are published in a mailing list
• Emily will put voting rules to the project wiki

 

Communication

• We will have weekly meetings on Thursdays at 15:00 CEST. Calendar links:
