[concierge-dev] Move Concierge to GitHub

Dear all,

we, the committers from Concierge project, would like to move the SourceCode and Issue-Tracking from Eclipse Infrastructure (git.eclipse.org, bugs.eclipse.org) to GitHub, as most Eclipse IoT projects yet have done.

We would like to do that as the barrier for external contributions is significantly lower on GitHub hosted projects.

Are there any concerns or comments on that from developer community or IoT PMC?

We have actually no pending Gerrit changes, a smaller list of issues, so this should be possible in short time frame. We would do that ASAP hopefully to be ready until EclipseCon Europe.
