[concierge-dev] Gerrit Access?

Since we are expecting FB Open Academy students to soon contribute to the Concierge project in some form I wanted to check with everybody if you feel comfortable with enabling Gerrit for our project for code review.
You can read about the implications here [1]. I would propose a setup that still allows a direct ("bypass") access to the git repository.
