[community-outreach] info for community outreach ?

Hi,

Tracy was outlining the ideas and efforts planned for community outreach 
at the Eclipse board meeting last week.

Red Hat have a few diversity programs and I thought it would be 
interesting to get them to participate in here.

Is there a page or document somewhere that outlines plans and contacts 
or is this simply about telling them to post on this list ?
