The setup method has been described to this page.

Please operate it as follows.
1) Show Update Manager
Ex. Help > Software updates > Update Manager
2) Feature of none-display is displayed.
Ex. click the most left icon which adheres "(\)" in the Install
Configuration view.
3) Expand the tree in the Install Configuration view.
4) Select "Eclipse COBOL Platform 2.0.1" in the tree.
5) Click "Enable Now" field in right pane.
Then, click "Finish" button in the Install dialog.
6) Click "Yes" in the Install/Update message box.
