[chemclipse-dev] PDFBox Update

Hi folks,

I've moved PDFBox to ChemClipse 3rdpl. The CQ 13673 was accepted.
Please pull the changes and import the project

org.eclipse.chemclipse.thirdpartylibraries.apache.pdfbox

from the repo "org.eclipse.chemclipse.chemclipse3rdpl".
The bundle "net.openchrom.thirdpartylibraries.pdfbox" in openchrom3rdpl 
has been removed.
