[chemclipse-dev] New perspective / database support

Hi folks,
I'm working on a new unified perspective, which is able to load MSD,
FID, ... chromatograms, Databases (*.msl, ...) as well as single mass
spectra. The new perspective is called: Data Analysis "Main"
Today, I've separated the mass spectrum support into to better support,
e.g. MALDI-TOF data and MS libraries, see attached screenshots.
MassSpectrumConverter.convert(...) -> single mass spectra, stored in a file
DatabaseConverter.convert(...) -> databases, e.g. *.msl ...
