[chemclipse-dev] Apache Commons CSV

Hi folks,

using Apache Commons CSV 1.4 has passed the CQ:
http://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13674

The library is now available in the repo "chemclipse3rdpl" instead of 
"openchrom3rdpl". Soon I will begin to check if the SuperCSV library can 
be replaced by Apache Commons CSV.
